It seems Sporty has gotten herself into trouble for not paying a parking ticket. It seems that back here in PA they want to arrest her for not paying a parking ticket.
That happened to me once. I had one lousy $3 parking ticket that, after fees and other fines, was $100 plus court costs. Luckily I knew the District Magistrate from my church, and he made it go away.
I think if Cops chased illegal aliens with the same vigor they pursue drunk drivers, speeders, and jaywalkers we would have no immigration problem. But then again, doing that would require real work on their part, and is not a revenue generator like hiding behind a bush with a radar gun.
